Terms for using China Private Journeys — an online enquiry and routing platform, not a licensed travel agency.

Acceptance
By using chinaprivatejourneys.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
What we are (and are not)
China Private Journeys is an online enquiry and routing platform for private / tailor-made China travel ideas. We:
- collect preferences through website forms;
- help clarify itinerary options at a high level;
- may introduce you to independent local planners or suppliers when you choose to proceed;
- publish informational content (guides, destination pages).
We do not operate as a licensed travel agency, do not sell fixed package tours, and do not ourselves book hotels, guides, tickets, or transport unless separately agreed in writing. We do not hold trip deposits or trip balances.
Any trip contract, payment, and on-ground fulfilment are between you and the independent provider you select. That provider’s own deposit, payment, and cancellation terms apply; we are not a party to that contract.
