  • You may withdraw an enquiry anytime by emailing contact@chinaprivatejourneys.com; we stop follow-up
  • If you later book with an independent planner/supplier introduced via the platform, that provider's own deposit, payment, and cancellation terms apply; we are not a party to that contract
  • Platform does not hold trip deposits or trip balances; any fees charged only by a named provider are governed by that provider's written quote
  • Content and introductions are as-is; we are not liable for supplier cancellations, schedule changes, or force majeure affecting a trip you booked elsewhere
  • Travel insurance remains your responsibility when you book a trip with a third party
